What is EPDM Rubber Flat Roofing?

EPDM is a high performing synthetic rubber that is cut to the dimensions of your roof space, meaning fewer seams and lower installation time. Highly resistant to ‘weathering’ giving it a life expectancy of 50 years plus. The fascias and edging details are finished into an attractive PVC trim. This is particularly suited to small flat roofing areas such as dormers and free standing garages.
